By booking an appointment with Clear-Ear Mobile Clinic you agree to the following terms.

Appointments

If I cannot carry out treatment Your safety always comes first, meaning I may have to pause, delay or decline treatment if:                There are signs of infection or other contraindications.                 The ear looks unsafe to treat.                I do not have enough information to proceed safely.                The environment is not suitable for clinical work. If this happens, I will always explain why and talk through the next steps or referrals if needed.  

Your booking

Following the booking process, you will be required to complete an online consultation form, which can be sent via email, text message or WhatsApp depending on your preference. I will review it prior to confirming your appointment. I may ask a few quick questions beforehand and will assess your ears first to make sure treatment is suitable and safe and recommend the most appropriate treatment for you.

Coming to your home

As a mobile Practitioner, I bring everything to you. To make the appointment run smoothly I just ask for:                A safe, clean, and well-lit space.                A normal chair for you to sit comfortably.                 Enough space to set up equipment.                 Pets kept out of the way during the appointment (as much as possible). If the space is not suitable on arrival, we may have to reschedule.

Time windows

Traffic and travel can be unpredictable, so I work in time windows rather than exact minutes. If I am running late, I will always keep you updated.

On the day

Please try to be ready at your appointment time window. If I cannot access the property or you are not available, I may need to count this as a missed appointment.

A quick note on results

Most people notice a big improvement straight away; however, results can vary depending on the type and amount of wax. If needed, I may recommend follow-up care or softening drops.

Looking after you

I follow strict hygiene and clinical standards at every appointment, and all equipment is cleaned and prepared before each visit.

Payments

Treatment fee payable on the day - cash, card or bank transfer. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to cancel or reschedule if you need to.

Cancellations

Life gets busy and I completely understand that things don’t always go to plan, so I will send you a reminder 48 hours before your appointment – because I know how easy it is to forget something you booked months ago! When an appointment is cancelled without enough notice, it means that another patient on my waiting list misses out on a much-needed slot. So, to keep things fair to all my patients, I do have a small cancellation policy/fee in place. This means that if you miss your appointment without prior communication, it may incur a £25 fee.

Liability

We aim to provide all services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes or limits our liability where this would be unlawful. We are responsible only for losses that are reasonably foreseeable as a result of our negligence or breach of contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
