By booking an appointment with Clear-Ear Mobile Clinic you agree to the following terms.

Appointments

Treatment is provided at the practitioner's discretion following clinical assessment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not in your best interests.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely via SumUp. You may also pay on the day by cash or card reader.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may incur a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.

Liability

We hold full professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the treatment provided.
