Is ear wax removal safe?+
Yes — when performed by a trained practitioner using sterile equipment. We carry out a full otoscopic check before any treatment.
How long does an appointment take?+
Typically 15–30 minutes, including examination, treatment and aftercare advice.
Do I need to soften the wax beforehand?+
For irrigation, we recommend a few drops of olive oil twice a day for 3–5 days beforehand. For microsuction it's helpful but not essential.
What happens during a mobile visit?+
We arrive with everything needed — a portable otoscope, suction unit and sterile single-use tips. We just need a chair with good light access.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.
Do you offer a discount for reviews?+
